Gas fryer on cabinet with door. Top thickness 20/10. The pressed tank is shaped for fast and easy cleaning and heated by 2 external stainless steel tubular burners. The burners are equipped with pilot flame and electric ignition for each tank. Temperature controlled by thermostatic safety valve with thermocouple to prevent overheating and ensure safe temperatures. The drain tap is located in the cabinet beneath. The unit is supplied with basket and cover for each tank. Framework is fabricated from stainless steel.
