Static gas oven with Gastronorm dimensions 1/1, heated by stainless steel tubular burner with pilot flame and electric ignition. Temperature controlled by thermostatic safety valve with thermocouple. Upper grates fabricated from vitrified cast-iron. Framework is fabricated from stainless steel.
